研究了Ｒ１、Ｒ２、Ｒ３的性能及其配制的型砂常温和高温性能，进而优化出由Ｒ１、Ｒ２、Ｒ３组成的３Ｒ粉。由３Ｒ粉和煤粉配制的型砂进行了常温和高温性能的比较。结果表明，３Ｒ粉型砂性能优于煤粉砂性能。３Ｒ粉不但光亮碳生成率高，而且可以提高型砂的热湿拉强度和降低热压应力，延长型砂的爆热起皮时间。３Ｒ粉对膨润土的毒化作用小。经浇注试验表明３Ｒ粉有较好的防粘砂、抗夹砂效果。 The properties of R 1, R 2 and R 3 as well as the properties of room temperature and high temperature of sand were studied. Then the 3R powder composed of R 1, R 2 and R 3 was optimized. The sand made from 3R powder and pulverized coal was compared at room temperature and high temperature. The results show that the performance of 3R powder sand is better than that of coal powder sand. 3R powder not only bright carbon generation rate, but also can improve the thermal wet tensile strength of sand and reduce the hot compressive stress, extend the sand blasting time. 3R powder has little toxic effect on bentonite. The pouring test shows that 3R powder has better anti-stick sand, anti-sand effect.
