萘乙酸处理葡萄插穗,在一定的环境条件下,促进愈伤组织和幼根的形成,很早就有应用。结果证明催根效果显著。但以往的浸沾方法多采用低浓度,长时间浸泡(长达24小时)。这种方法需时长,还要一定的设备和较大的容器,浪费药液,若浓度不当还会引起插穗基部伤口组织坏死或效果不佳。因此不宜于大量繁育苗木使用。目前,葡萄生产迅速发展,苗木的需要量日益增加。本试验是探讨快速浸沾方法,缩短浸沾时间,以便大量处理插穗培育出较多的优良苗木,供生产使用。
