[目的]对影响稻草秸秆厌氧生产生物沼气的重要因素进行分析,以提高产气率,最大限度地提高秸杆原料利用率。[方法]采用单因素法对南京工业大学沼气站生产沼气的接种量、总固体含量、碳氮比进行分析。[结果]沼气站厌氧发酵的最优条件为接种量34%,总固体含量6%,碳氮比25:1。经验证,最优配比下的总产气量比目前常用的发酵条件(接种量50%,总固体含量5.6%,碳氮比22:1)下的总产气量提高了27.60%。[结论]为进一步研究利用秸秆发酵产沼气提供了依据。
[Objective] The main factors affecting the biogas production by straw anaerobic were analyzed in order to increase the gas production rate and maximize the utilization rate of straw raw materials. [Method] The inoculation amount, total solid content and C / N ratio of biogas produced by Nanjing University of Technology were analyzed by single factor method. [Result] The optimum conditions for anaerobic fermentation of biogas station were inoculation amount of 34%, total solid content of 6% and carbon to nitrogen ratio of 25: 1. It has been verified that the total gas production under the optimal ratio increased by 27.60% over the current common fermentation conditions (inoculation amount of 50%, total solid content of 5.6% and carbon to nitrogen ratio of 22: 1). [Conclusion] This provided the basis for further research on biogas production by straw fermentation.
