为研究 99m Tc- octreotide作为肿瘤生长抑素受体显像剂的可能性 ,在无菌、无热原及安全实验的基础上 ,经动物体内分布、正常人药物动力学一系列实验后 ,进行临床受体显像。结果 :动物体内分布实验显示血、心放射性呈“双峰”现象 ,99m Tc- octreotide经泌尿系统排泄 ,正常人药物动力学拟合方程符合二室开放模型 ,t1 / 2 α=2 1分钟 ,t1 / 2 β=170分钟 ;4例临床受体显像结果图像清晰 ,病灶放射性浓聚明显。上述结果提示 ,99m Tc- octreotide是一种良好的肿瘤生长抑素受体显像剂。
In order to study the possibility of 99m Tc-octreotide as a tumor imaging agent for somatostatin receptor, based on aseptic, pyrogen-free and safety experiments, a series of experiments of pharmacokinetics of normal human beings were carried out by in vivo distribution in animals. Clinical receptor imaging. Results: The distribution of 99m Tc-octreotide in blood and cardiac radioactivity showed excretion in the urinary system. The fitting equation of pharmacokinetics in normal people accorded with the two-compartment open model, t1 / 2 α = 21 minutes, t1 / 2 β = 170 minutes; 4 cases of imaging results of clinical receptor clear, focal concentration of radioactive obvious. The above results suggest that 99m Tc-octreotide is a good imaging agent for somatostatin receptors.
