大肠癌负相关基因SNC6(ST13、HSU17714)是采用减式杂交技术筛选出的大肠癌新基因,全长cDNA序列为3 145 bp,开放阅读框369氨基酸,染色体定位于22q13。研究发现SNC6基因的表达水平在大肠癌组织中明显低于在同一患者的正常黏膜中,在中晚期大肠癌中发生了不同程度的表达缺陷,推测SNC6基因可能是一个新的大肠癌候选抑癌基因。在其他肿瘤中亦有不同程度表达倾向,其功能和意义有待进一步研究。
The negative gene of colorectal cancer SNC6 (ST13, HSU17714) is a novel colorectal cancer gene screened by subtractive hybridization. The full length cDNA sequence is 3 145 bp with an open reading frame of 369 amino acids and the chromosome is located at 22q13. The study found that SNC6 gene expression in colorectal cancer tissue was significantly lower than in the same patient with normal mucosa, in the late stage of colorectal cancer occurred in varying degrees of expression defects, suggesting that SNC6 gene may be a new candidate cancer suppressor gene. In other tumors also have different degrees of expression tendency, its function and significance needs further study.
