基于问卷调查法、访谈法对南疆地区某高校学生的人际关系进行调查。对不同民族、不同性别、父母不同学历学生的人际关系进行了差异分析。研究结果表明,民汉合校中民汉学生间交往频率较低,学生人际困扰与内地高校具有统计学差异。具体表现在汉族学生在人际交往方面的困扰明显低于民族学生;女生在人际交往方面的困扰多于男生,少数民族女生在交际、待人接物两个方面与少数民族男生存在显著性差异;父母学历低的学生人际关系困扰程度高于父母学历高的学生。针对以上调查结果,从学校层面应建立民汉合班上课,不同民族学生一起学习、活动的管理体制;开设人际关系指导的相关课程,提高大学生人际交往的素质;构建广泛良好的人际交往平台,扩大大学人际交往面;加强对各民族文化的学习、信任和理解,缓解族际交往困扰。研究对促进民汉合校大学生建立和谐的人际关系、民族团结教育具有很好的理论参考价值。
Based on the questionnaire survey and interviews, this paper investigates the interpersonal relationships among college students in southern Xinjiang. Differences in interpersonal relationships among students of different nationalities, different genders and parents with different degrees were analyzed. The results show that there is a low frequency of interaction between Chinese and Han students in the Han-Han combined school, and interpersonal distress among students is statistically different from those in the mainland. The performance of Han students in interpersonal communication problems was significantly lower than ethnic students; girls in interpersonal communication more than male students, ethnic minority girls in communication, to deal with two aspects of people with ethnic minorities there is a significant difference; boys and girls with low academic qualifications Of the students interpersonal problems than parents with high academic qualifications. In view of the above findings, from the school level, we should establish a management system in which people from different classes and classes work together to learn and practice activities in different ethnic groups; set up courses related to interpersonal relations and improve the quality of interpersonal relationships among college students; build a broad and good interpersonal communication platform; Expand university interpersonal contacts; strengthen study, trust and understanding of ethnic cultures and alleviate the inter-ethnic interference. The research has a good theoretical reference value for promoting the establishment of harmonious interpersonal relationships and national unity education among the students from the Chinese University and Han Chinese.
