恒压主量泵被广泛地应用在农林机械、工程机械、飞机、船泊及自动控制系统等的液压机构中。恒压变量泵的动态特性对液压机构的影响很大,所以对恒压变量泵的动态特性进行深入的研究是非常重要的.计算机仿真是分析动态特性的手段之一.本文提出了一种新的仿真方法;即结构框图法,结构框图法仿真与传统的仿真方法不同,用该方法进行仿真时直接从结构方块图开始计算,不用推导传递函数,不用简化任何实际结构参数.固为仿真时所用的变参量可以是实际结构参数,所以对分析各结构参数变化对动态特性的影响是十分方便的.本文用该方法对 YB20—AH 型恒压变量泵进行了动态仿真与实验分析,给出了程序框图,实验记录曲线与仿真曲线非常吻合.
