在对现有煤矿井下孔口瓦斯防喷装置调研的基础上,对其优缺点进行分析后,设计了一种常闭式煤矿钻孔防喷装置,该防喷装置采用前封堵、后缓冲的组合结构,实验室试验表明:该结构的性能达到设计要求,具有封堵迅速、严密的优点。
After analyzing the advantages and disadvantages of the gas blowout preventer in the existing coal mine borehole, a kind of normally closed coal mine borehole blowout preventer is designed. The blowout preventer adopts the front plugging and backbuffer The experimental results show that the performance of this structure meets the design requirements and has the advantages of rapid and tight sealing.
