目的探讨开展病区药房的药学服务工作的模式。方法分析病区药房的工作模式和目前开展药学服务的情况，提出病区药房现行的工作模式。制约了药学人员开展药学服务。结果与结论通过改进病区药房的工作模式．促进病区药房的药师投身到药学服务中，保证病人的用药安全有效。
