钙调素(Calmodulin,CaM)是一种极重要的钙调节蛋白,它广泛存在于生物体各种组织,与钙离子(Ca~(2+))具有高亲和力和结合力,作为Ca~(2+)的受体影响细胞的多种功能。体内凡受Ca~(2+)影响的生理过程可能都与Ca~(2+)有关。因而自60年代末被发现以来受到高度重视和广泛研究,其测定方法也相应发展起来。目前大致有2类测定CaM的方法:一是放射免疫分析法(RIA);二是依赖于Ca~(2+)的环核苷酸磷酸二酯酶测定法(PDE)。本文介绍和讨论CaM的PDE生物活性测定法。
Calmodulin (CaM) is a kind of important calcium regulatory protein. It widely exists in various tissues of organism and has high affinity and binding with calcium ion (Ca 2+) 2+) receptors affect many cellular functions. Physiological processes affected by Ca ~ (2+) may be related to Ca ~ (2+) in vivo. Therefore, it has been highly valued and extensively studied since it was discovered in the late 1960s, and its determination method has been developed accordingly. Currently, there are roughly two types of methods for determining CaM: one is radioimmunoassay (RIA); the other is Ca 2+ -dependent cyclic nucleotide phosphodiesterase assay (PDE). This article describes and discusses the PDM bioactivity assay for CaM.
