目的探讨p21和p16基因在食管癌发生中的作用及其相关性。方法应用免疫组织化学S-P法检测p21和p16基因在19例食管早期癌、20例异型增生以及10例正常食管黏膜标本中的表达。结果 p21和p16基因在早期癌中的表达均低于正常食管黏膜(P<0.05)。结论 p21和p16基因与食管癌的发生有关,他们的变化是食管癌发生中的早期事件。
Objective To investigate the role of p21 and p16 genes in the development of esophageal cancer and their correlation. Methods Immunohistochemical S-P method was used to detect the expression of p21 and p16 genes in 19 cases of early esophageal cancer, 20 cases of dysplasia, and 10 cases of normal esophageal mucosa. Results The expression of p21 and p16 genes in early cancer was lower than that in normal esophageal mucosa (P<0.05). Conclusion The p21 and p16 genes are associated with the development of esophageal cancer. Their change is an early event in the development of esophageal cancer.
