目的使用氟保护漆在固定矫治中预防牙釉质脱矿。方法将64例固定矫治的患者随机分为观察组(32例)用氟保护漆对粘结托槽的牙面进行处理,对照组(32例)为不经任何处理常规矫治的患者,观察两组牙釉质脱矿情况。结果对照组牙釉质脱矿率是20.22%;观察组牙釉质脱矿率是13.52%。两组比较P<0.05有统计学意义。结论氟保护漆是预防固定矫治中牙釉质脱矿的有效措施,建议临床推广。
Objective To prevent the enamel demineralization during the fixed orthodontic treatment with fluorine protective paint. Methods 64 patients with fixed orthodontic treatment were randomly divided into the observation group (32 cases) treated with fluoride protective paint on the denture bonded brackets, the control group (32 cases) without any treatment of conventional treatment of patients, observed two Group enamel demineralization. Results The rate of enamel demineralization in the control group was 20.22%. The enamel demineralization rate in the observation group was 13.52%. P <0.05 was statistically significant between the two groups. Conclusion Fluoride protective lacquer is an effective measure to prevent demineralization of enamel in fixed orthodontics. It is suggested that clinical application should be promoted.
