目的对比Vitapex根管充填与空管疗法对乳牙根尖周炎的临床疗效。方法选取2008年4月至2012年12月就诊于本院口腔科的138例206颗乳牙根尖周炎的病例,随机分成A、B组。A组用Vitapex糊剂,B组用空管药物作根管充填。术后1年复诊,比较其疗效。结果术后1年A组成功率明显高于B组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)结论 Vitapex糊剂是较好的乳牙根管充填材料,值得临床推广。
Objective To compare the clinical effect of Vitapex root canal filling and empty tube therapy on primary apical periodontitis. Methods From April 2008 to December 2012, 138 cases of apical periodontitis with a total of 138 cases of primary dectections were randomly divided into A and B groups. A group with Vitapex paste, B group with empty tube drugs for root canal filling. Follow-up 1 year after surgery to compare their efficacy. Results The successful rate of group A at 1 year after operation was significantly higher than that of group B (P <0.05). Conclusion Vitapex paste is a better material for root canal filling of primary deciduous teeth and is worthy of clinical promotion.
