由于RAM器件的易失性,使得在单片机引信的设计中,如何有效地解决好大量动态数据的掉电存贮成为一个重要的问题。本文根据计算机原理,从单片机引信的具体电路设计出发,通过分析MCS—51单片机和2864E~2PROM芯片的读,写时序及控制逻辑关系,提出了一种采用2864芯片与控制逻辑和程序相结合,使单片机引信在接收到装定信息后,即使长期掉电也能保存的具体方法。
Due to the volatility of the RAM device, it becomes an important issue how to effectively solve the power-down storage of a large amount of dynamic data in the design of a single chip fuze. According to the principle of computer, this paper starts with the specific circuit design of single chip microcomputer fuze. By analyzing the relationship between read and write sequence and control logic of MCS-51 single chip microcomputer and 2864E ~ 2PROM chip, this paper presents a new method combining 2864 chip with control logic and program, Make the one-chip computer fuze receive the fixed information, even if the long-term power-down can save the specific method.
