研究了不同交联程度TPI胶料的硫化性能、力学性能、动态力学性能、结晶性能和形状记忆性能。结果表明,随着硫黄用量的增大,焦烧时间和正硫化时间均缩短,力学性能下降,模量曲线和内耗曲线都呈现玻璃化转变和熔融转变,并且玻璃化转变峰增强,晶区熔融峰减弱;DSC曲线上结晶熔融峰减弱,熔点降低,TPI结晶性能下降;TPI硫化胶试样的变形回复率不断提高,形状固定率不断下降。用作形状记忆材料时,硫黄用量应少于3份。
The vulcanization properties, mechanical properties, dynamic mechanical properties, crystallization properties and shape memory properties of TPI compounds with different crosslinking degrees were studied. The results show that with the increase of sulfur content, the scorch time and the positive vulcanization time are shortened, the mechanical properties are decreased, both the glass transition and the melting transition are found in the modulus and internal friction curves, and the glass transition peak is enhanced. The melting peak The melting point of the crystal decreases on the DSC curve, and the crystallinity of TPI decreases. The deformation recovery rate of TPI vulcanizate sample increases continuously, and the shape fixation rate decreases continuously. When used as a shape memory material, the amount of sulfur should be less than 3 parts.
