在聯合国的活動中,大會和安理會都在分頭進行工作。讨論大会議程的綜合委员會(又稱總務委員會)已於九月二十二日通過把苏联代表所提出的關於美國武装侵略台灣的控訴案列入了大会議程。這是蘇聯代表正义鬥爭的又一次勝利。在安理會中,關於這个同樣的控訴案,早在八月底就已列入了安理會議程,但是直到現在還沒有正式討論。蘇联代表提議在安理会讨論這個問題的時候,应該邀請中国代表出席陳述意见,曾被美國代表几次阻撓。到了九月二十九日,安理會才通過厄瓜多爾提案,把這俩問题延遲到十一月十五日以後的第一次會議中再行審議,並且邀請中國代表參加討論。美國代表的一再阻挠,算是碰了一个大釘子。最近,美國侵略朝鮮的飛機和軍艦不斷向我国挑釁:九月二十二日,美机侵入我安東市區投彈十二枚;九月二十日美艦竟在公海之內,砲擊並强制
In the UN activities, both the General Assembly and the Security Council are working separately. The General Committee (also known as the General Committee), who discussed the agenda of the General Assembly, passed the complaint on the U.S. armed invasion of Taiwan put on the agenda of the conference on September 22 by the representative of the Soviet Union. This is yet another victory for the representative of the Soviet Union in the just fight. In the Security Council, the same complaint was filed with the Security Council as early as the end of August, but it has not been officially discussed until now. When the Security Council discussed this issue, the representative of the Soviet Union proposed that the representative of China should be invited to attend the meeting and was repeatedly obstructed by the representative of the United States. By September 29, the Security Council passed the Ecuadorian proposal, postponed the two issues until the first meeting after November 15, and invited Chinese representatives to participate in the discussion. Repeatedly obstructed by the representative of the United States, be regarded as a big nails. Recently, the U.S. invasion of North Korea’s aircraft and warships continued to provoke our country. On September 22, the U.S. plane invaded 12 urban areas of the city of Andong and dropped 12 shots. On September 20, the U.S. ship was bombarded and forced within the high seas.
