用盲孔法对不同回火工艺下热轧低碳马氏体高强钢板进行了残余应力的测试。结果表明,450℃回火后,钢板的残余应力没有明显的降低,热应力的改变是影响此温度回火后残余应力分布的主要因素。500℃和550℃回火时,随着回火时间的延长,钢板的残余应力变得更加均匀。这是因为此温度下发生了组织转变,组织应力在回火过程中逐渐减小、均匀化。该钢种最佳回火工艺为回火温度500~550℃,保温时间3 h。
The blind hole method was used to test the residual stress of hot rolled low carbon martensite high strength steel under different tempering process. The results show that after tempering at 450 ℃, the residual stress of the steel plate does not decrease obviously. The change of thermal stress is the main factor that affects the residual stress distribution after tempering at this temperature. When tempering at 500 ℃ and 550 ℃, the residual stress becomes more uniform with the extension of tempering time. This is because a tissue transformation took place at this temperature and the stress of the tissue gradually decreased and homogenized during tempering. The best tempering process for the tempering temperature of 500 ~ 550 ℃, holding time 3 h.
