目的探讨螺旋CT扫描三维重建定位眼球内异物的临床应用价值。方法对71例72眼72枚眼球内异物行螺旋CT扫描和三维重建定位,并根据定位结果行手术取出异物。结果71例72枚眼球内异物中,螺旋CT检出69枚并准确定位,检出率为95.83%准确定位率为100%。3枚位于眼球前节的非金属异物未检出,漏诊率为4.17%。结论螺旋CT扫描三维重建使眼球内异物的检出和空间定位更准确,具有极大的临床应用价值。
Objective To investigate the clinical value of three-dimensional spiral CT in reconstruction of intraocular foreign bodies. Methods Seventy-two eyes of 72 eyes (72 eyes) with intraocular foreign bodies were examined by spiral CT and three-dimensional reconstruction. According to the localization results, foreign bodies were removed by surgery. Results Of the 71 cases of 72 intraocular foreign bodies, 69 were detected by spiral CT and accurately located. The detection rate was 95.83% and the accurate localization rate was 100%. Three non-metallic foreign bodies located in the anterior segment of the eye were not detected, with a misdiagnosis rate of 4.17%. Conclusion The three-dimensional reconstruction of spiral CT can make the detection and spatial location of foreign bodies more accurate and has great clinical value.
