目的:检测白鲜碱对白色念珠菌的抑制作用,及其对白色念珠菌细胞周期的影响。方法:采用白色念珠菌标准菌株(ATCC76615)为研究对象,用经典方法测定白鲜碱对白色念珠菌的最小抑菌浓度(MIC),抑制生物膜50%(SMIC50)的药物浓度,流式细胞仪分析白鲜碱对白色念珠菌细胞周期的影响。结果:白鲜碱对白色念珠菌的MIC为312.5μg/mL,对生物膜的SMIC50为1250μg/mL,白鲜碱能使白色念珠菌生长停滞。结论:白鲜碱具有抑制白色念珠菌生长的能力。
Objective: To detect the inhibition of Candida albicans by albicine and its effect on Candida albicans cell cycle. Methods: Candida albicans standard strain (ATCC76615) was used as the research object. The minimum inhibitory concentration (MIC) of albicans against Candida albicans and the drug concentration of SMIC50 (50% inhibition) were determined by classical method. Analysis of the influence of baikal on the cell cycle of Candida albicans. Results: The MIC for albicans against Candida albicans was 312.5 μg / mL, and for SMIC50 biofilm, 1250 μg / mL. Conclusion: The white baiqi can inhibit the growth of Candida albicans.
