本文统计分析了新沂市1982~1994年食品卫生监测资料。结果表明:食品标化合格率呈逐年上升趋势;采样合格率与送样合格率有显著差别;合格率最高的食品是熟啤酒,最低的是熟肉制品,分别为97.62%和47.22%;食品不合格以细菌指标不合格为主,其次是感官指标,理化指标居第三位,分别占64.6%、19.2%和16.2%,但不同种类食品三者所占比例各异。
This article statistically analyzed the food hygiene monitoring data of Xinyi from 1982 to 1994. The results showed that the passing rate of food standardization showed an upward trend year by year. There was a significant difference between the passing rate of sampling and that of sending samples.
