随着我国对军事变革的不断深入和新《军事训练与考核大纲》的贯彻实施,对军队院校教育训练以及军队士官任职教育的方法和手段也提出了更高的要求。因此,必须从我军后勤装备机械化和信息化复合发展对推进教育训练转变的新要求出发,积极采用现代科学技术改革训练内容、创新教学方法,着力解决教育训练中的重点难点问题,而模拟训练就是其中重要手段之一。
