针对大型桩架立桅过程不能自主完成且操作繁琐的问题,提出一种多缸立桅机构。通过分析油缸行程与桅杆角度的位置关系,基于MATLAB/GUI编写人机交互软件,将机构尺寸参数输入并对立桅过程进行仿真,得到一组满足工程设计要求的机构参数。根据这组参数利用Pro/E建立该机构的三维模型并导入ADAMS建立运动学与静力学仿真模型,对该机构斜撑油缸与举升油缸在不同动作顺序下的立桅过程分别进行仿真,并对仿真结果进行对比分析。研究表明:斜撑油缸先动作的立桅过程具有较优的力学性能,对该立桅过程进行了试验,结果验证了仿真分析的正确性。
Aiming at the problem that the large mast can not be completed independently and the operation is cumbersome, a multi-cylinder mast system is proposed. By analyzing the relationship between cylinder stroke and mast angle, the human-computer interaction software was programmed based on MATLAB / GUI, the dimension parameters of the mechanism were input and the vertical mast process was simulated. A set of mechanical parameters were obtained to meet the engineering design requirements.
