本文考察了二氧化锡气敏基材随300℃下老化时间的增长,比表面减小,对乙醇的灵敏度下降的情况,此为二氧化锡气敏元件长期稳定性欠佳的原因之一。用稀土元素对二氧化锡进行化学修饰后,其比表面和灵敏度随老化时间的增长变化甚微,有助于提高二氧化锡气敏材料的稳定性。同时考察了老化时间对二氧化锡微晶结构的影响。
This paper examines the tin dioxide gas sensor substrate with the aging time at 300 ℃ growth, the specific surface area decreases, the sensitivity of ethanol decreased, this is one of the reasons for the long-term stability of tin dioxide gas sensor components. After the tin dioxide is chemically modified with the rare earth element, its specific surface and sensitivity change little with the increase of the aging time, which helps to improve the stability of the tin dioxide gas sensing material. The effects of aging time on the microstructure of tin dioxide were also investigated.
