随着我国服务经济的快速发展,酒店业迎来了前所未有的发展机遇,但也面临着各种挑战。在激烈的市场竞争环境下,价格的竞争是产品和服务的最直接表现,酒店需要控制好服务成本以赢得价格竞争优势。在酒店经营管理过程中,对采购成本的合理控制成为最重要的控制环节之一。由此可见,通过对酒店采购成本的深入调查分析和研究,采取科学、合理、有效的成本控制措施是非常必要的。本文在查阅相关资料和调查研究的基础上,分析了当前酒店采购成本控制环节中可能存在的主要问题,并提出了相应的改进措施。
