采取以下技术措施, 研制出高性能喷射混凝土: (1) 研制高活性细掺料, 提高胶凝材料的强度和粘聚性; (2) 确定粗细骨料最佳配比, 提高骨料强度; (3) 提高胶凝材料与骨料界面的强度; (4) 降低用水量, 并实施养护. 工业性试验结果表明, 回弹率降到10 % 以下, 粉尘降到20 mg/m3 以下, 喷射混凝土强度达到35-6 MPa , 巷道总成本降低20 % .
Take the following technical measures to develop high-performance shotcrete: (1) Develop high-activity fine admixtures to improve the strength and cohesiveness of the cementitious materials; (2) Determine the best ratio of coarse and fine aggregates and increase the aggregate strength; (3) Improve the strength of the interface between cementitious materials and aggregates; (4) Reduce water consumption and implement conservation. Industrial test results show that the rebound rate drops below 10%, the dust drops below 20 mg/m3, the shotcrete strength reaches 35-6 MPa, and the total cost of the roadway decreases by 20%.
