市场经济的建立,对各行各业都产生了很大的影响,档案工作也不例外。因此,档案工作要更好地适应市场经济需要,必须深化以下几方面的改革。一、加大宏观管理力度与根据形势需要灵活调控并行1.制定档案工作发展战略规划。通过深入调查研究,认真分析档案工作与市场经济的联系,制定出档案工作的长远规划,进一步明确档案事业发展的重点和各个时期档案工作的中心,逐步形成档案工作规划体系。2.强化各级档案部门的管理职能。遵循“统一领导、分级管理”的原则,按照“统筹规划、组织协调、统一制度、监督指导”的基本内容,进一步明确各级档案行政管理部门的管理权限和职能范围,在统一领导上讲求效果,在分级管理中寻求方法,以达到统一管理的目的。
