目的探讨年龄和性别对健康人群6项红细胞参数的影响。方法选择本院2014年11月-2015年10月2 334例健康体检者,进行血常规检测,剔除可能影响实验结果的人群后,分别根据年龄和性别分组,对红细胞分布宽度(RDW)等6项红细胞参数进行统计学分析。结果 RDW随年龄增大而升高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。RDW组间两两比较,<20岁组和20岁~39岁组差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),其余组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。RDW水平与年龄呈正相关(r=0.201,P=0.000)。总人群中6项红细胞参数差异均有统计学意义(P<0.01),其中女性RDW水平高于男性。结论红细胞参数与受试者的年龄和性别相关,临床使用时需考虑其可能的影响。
Objective To investigate the effect of age and gender on six erythrocyte parameters in healthy subjects. Methods A total of 2,334 healthy subjects from November 2014 to October 2015 in our hospital were enrolled in this study. Blood tests were performed to exclude groups of people who might affect the outcome of the study. The distribution of RDWs was then divided into groups according to age and sex Item erythrocyte parameters for statistical analysis. Results RDW increased with age, the difference was statistically significant (P <0.01). There was no significant difference between RDW group and other groups (P> 0.05). The difference between the other groups was statistically significant (P <0.01). RDW level was positively correlated with age (r = 0.201, P = 0.000). There were significant differences in the 6 parameters of red blood cells in the total population (P <0.01), and the RDW in women was higher than that in men. Conclusion The parameters of erythrocytes are related to the age and sex of the subjects, so their clinical effects need to be considered.
