“川米核”是从四川省马边县乡土核桃中选育出的优良新品种。2013年4月通过四川省林木品种审定委员会认定。该品种果实正圆形,小巧玲珑,横径2.1cm,纵径2.5 cm,平均单果质量5.3 g,壳厚0.8 mm。出仁率55.2%,果仁饱满,总脂肪含量56.4%,蛋白质含量11.0%。坚果外观为细沟,缝合线微突。植株树冠圆头形。在川西低山区和成都平原区长势好,3年结实,5~6年进入盛产期,产量约3 000 kg/hm2。平均树冠投影面积产量350 g/m2。
“Chuanmi nuclear” is a fine new breed bred from native walnut in Mabian County, Sichuan Province. In April 2013, it was certified by Sichuan Provincial Forest Variety Approval Committee. The variety of fruit is round, small and exquisite, horizontal diameter of 2.1cm, vertical diameter of 2.5 cm, the average weight of 5.3 g, the shell thickness of 0.8 mm. Out of kernel rate of 55.2%, nuts full, total fat content of 56.4%, protein content of 11.0%. Nut appearance for the rill, suture micro-sudden. Plant crown round head shape. In the western Sichuan low mountainous area and Chengdu plain area grows well, 3 years is firm, 5 to 6 years into the rich period, the output is about 3 000 kg / hm2. The average canopy projected area yield 350 g / m2.
