目的探讨 34例上皮性卵巢癌内血管内皮生长因子 (VEGF)的表达及微血管密度(MVD)的病理意义。方法应用免疫组化SP法对 34例上皮性卵巢癌内血管内皮生长因子 (VEGF)的表达及微血管密度 (MVD)进行检测。结果上皮性卵巢癌内VEGF的阳性表达率为 76 .5 % (2 6 /34) ,VEGF的表达及MVD均与患者网膜或腹股沟淋巴结转移相关 (P <0 .0 5 ) ,FIGO分期中Ⅰ、Ⅱ期患者的VEGF的阳性表达率及MVD显著低于Ⅲ、Ⅳ期患者 (P <0 .0 5 ) ,VEGF的表达及MVD与组织学分级无关 (P >0 .0 5 )。VEGF与MVD间呈正相关关系 (r=0 .70l,P <0 .0 1)。结论上皮性卵巢癌内VEGF的表达及MVD与患者的淋巴结转移、FIGO分期有关。
Objective To investigate the expression of vascular endothelial growth factor (VEGF) and the pathological significance of microvessel density (MVD) in 34 cases of epithelial ovarian cancer. Methods Immunohistochemical SP method was used to detect the expression of vascular endothelial growth factor (VEGF) and the microvessel density (MVD) in 34 cases of epithelial ovarian cancer. Results The positive expression rate of VEGF in epithelial ovarian cancer was 76.5% (26/34). The expression of VEGF and MVD were correlated with the omentum or inguinal lymph node metastasis (P <0.05). In FIGO stage The positive expression rates of VEGF and MVD in patients with stage Ⅰ and Ⅱ were significantly lower than those in patients with stage Ⅲ and Ⅳ (P <0.05). The expression of VEGF and MVD had no correlation with histological grade (P> 0.05). There was a positive correlation between VEGF and MVD (r = 0.701, P <0.01). Conclusion The expression of VEGF and MVD in epithelial ovarian cancer are related to lymph node metastasis and FIGO staging in patients with epithelial ovarian cancer.
