在齿轮箱箱体强度和模态分析的基础上,采用拓扑优化方法对箱体进行了轻量化设计,在满足箱体可靠性的条件下,优化后箱体质量减轻约15%,通过箱体优化前后的性能对比分析,验证了箱体改进的合理性。
Based on the strength and modal analysis of the gear box, the box is designed with lightweight design by topological optimization method. Under the condition of meeting the reliability of the box, the optimized box quality is reduced by about 15% The comparison of the performance before and after optimization verifies the rationality of the box improvement.
