参考文献引用的正确性一直受到学术界的关注,文献管理软件能实现参考文献索引源数据库与编辑核查和撰写著录之间的无缝连接,提高参考文献著录的正确性。本文介绍了文献管理软件的基本工作方式,并以Reference Manager~(?) 11的试用版软件为例,详细阐述这类软件在著录参考文献中的重点应用环节——本机文献数据库的建立、特定参考文献格式文件的生成及在Microsoft Word中的参考文献著录等,以实现对同类软件应用的触类旁通。最后,探讨了应用文献管理软件面临的问题及可能的解决方案。
The correctness of reference has always been the concern of the academic community. The document management software can seamlessly connect the reference database of reference index with the records of editors and editors, and improve the accuracy of the bibliographic references. This paper introduces the basic working methods of document management software, and takes the reference software of Reference Manager 11 as an example, elaborates on the establishment of the local document database, Generation of specific reference format files, and bibliography of references in Microsoft Word, in order to achieve analogy with similar software applications. Finally, the problems and possible solutions to the application of literature management software are discussed.
