The World Health Organization has held several meetings to review the “Global Health Care for All” strategy in 2000 and put forward seven basic policies. 1. Health is a basic human right and a goal of the world. 2. The significant difference in people’s health status in various countries is a common concern of all countries. The World Health Organization requested that this difference should be reduced as soon as possible to promote cooperation among various countries.
