基于图像法研究发泡PVC木塑材料的孔隙结构,并对孔隙率、中间层孔径分布、孔隙形状系数进行分析.研究结果表明:发泡PVC木塑材料为典型的层状结构,由致密表层和疏松内层构成,夹杂尺径为17.68~25.67μm的木质纤维.内层的孔隙率为73.54%~74.17%,在49.5~101.5μm区间内的孔隙占62.20%,孔隙尺径分布较为集中;孔隙形状系数为1.86,孔隙多为球形至椭球形.建议采取适当提高木纤维掺量或降低成型温度等措施,提高高温流体的黏性,改善孔隙完整性.
Based on the image method, the pore structure of foamed PVC wood-plastic materials was studied, and the porosity, pore size distribution and pore shape coefficient were analyzed.The results show that foamed PVC wood-plastic material is a typical layered structure, And loose inner layer, with lignin fiber with 17.68 ~ 25.67μm in diameter.The porosity of the inner layer was 73.54% ~ 74.17%, the pore was 49.2 ~ 101.5μm, accounting for 62.20%, the pore size distribution was more concentrated; The pore shape coefficient is 1.86, and the pores are mostly spherical to ellipsoidal.It is recommended to take appropriate measures to increase the wood fiber content or reduce the molding temperature to improve the viscosity of high temperature fluid and improve the pore integrity.
