选调生作为公务员中的一个特殊群体,各级组织部门对选调生的培养均高度重视,把他们作为党政后备人才重点培养。因此,选调生群体绩效考核理应与一般公务员有所区别,本文以江苏省为例,结合词频分析法以及专家意见等多种方法,建立了选调生考核指标,并运用德尔菲专家法和层次分析法,建立了选调生绩效考核指标体系,以期对选调生的培养和考察起到推动作用。
As a special group of civil servants, election training students at all levels of the organization departments attach great importance to the training of the students who are candidates for the election and focus on them as the backup personnel for party and government. Therefore, the performance appraisal of selecting students should be different from that of civil servants. This paper takes Jiangsu Province as an example, and combines the methods of word frequency analysis and expert opinion to establish the appraisal indicators for selecting students. And using Delphi’s expert method and hierarchy analysis Law, the establishment of a selective performance evaluation index system, with a view to the training of students and study to play a catalytic role.
