测量了几种Fe基、Pd基和Ni基及Cu_(57)Zr_(43)玻璃体的延脆转变温度T_B,讨论了合金化元素对脆化温度T_B的影响。同时,研究和测定了时间-温度-转变图(TTT图)与延脆转变之间的关系。由延脆转变的动力学研究,计算了Fe基和Ni基及Cu_(57)Zr_(43)玻璃体的延脆转变激活能ΔE_B,并且提出了ΔE_B与电子浓度(e/a)的关系。
The extension temperature T_B of several Fe-based, Pd-based and Ni-based and Cu_ (57) Zr_ (43) glasses were measured and the effects of alloying elements on the embrittlement temperature T_B were discussed. At the same time, the relationship between the time-temperature-transformation diagram (TTT) and the transformation of ductile-brittleness was studied and measured. The kinetics of the transformation from ductile to brittle transitions shows that the activation energy ΔE_B of the brittle transition of Fe and Ni based and Cu 57 Zr 43 glasses is calculated and the relationship between ΔE_B and electron concentration (e / a) is proposed.
