【目的】揭示橡胶树胶乳主要生理参数与产量的相关性,从橡胶树群体后代中筛选具有高产潜力的优异种质材料。【方法】测定橡胶树热研2-73×PB5/51F1群体的胶乳生理参数,采用方差分析、相关分析、主成分分析、聚类分析和判别分析等方法,对橡胶树群体的胶乳生理参数进行分析。【结果】热研2-73×PB5/51F1群体中37个单株间的干胶产量(DRY)、胶乳产量(LY)、总固形物含量(TSC)、C-乳清蛋白含量(PC)、转化酶活性(IA)和蔗糖浓度(SC)差异均达极显著水平;DRY、LY与IA、PC呈显著正相关。选出2个主成分进行分析,2个主成分的方差累计贡献率达67.10%;对DRY、LY、TSC、PC、IA和SC 6个生理指标的聚类结果显示,可将37个橡胶树品种聚为A、B、C3类,并对应建立了3个判别能力较高的模型,其中A类的10株橡胶树为高干胶产量、高胶乳产量、高转化酶活性及高C-乳清蛋白含量类型,极具进一步选育的价值。【结论】橡胶树产量与转化酶活性密切相关,同时筛选到了10株具有高产潜力的优异种质材料。
【Objective】 The objective of this study was to reveal the correlation between the main physiological parameters and the yield of rubber latex and to screen the excellent germplasm with high yield potential from the rubber tree. 【Method】 The latex physiological parameters of rubber tree 2-73 × PB5 / 51F1 population were determined. The latex physiological parameters of rubber tree population were analyzed by analysis of variance, correlation analysis, principal component analysis, cluster analysis and discriminant analysis. 【Result】 The results showed that DRY, LY, TSC and PC-C of 37 individuals in the 2-73 × PB5 / , Invertase activity (IA) and sucrose concentration (SC) were significantly different; DRY, LY and IA, PC were positively correlated. Two principal components were selected for analysis. The cumulative variance of the two principal components reached 67.10%. The clustering results of 6 physiological indexes of DRY, LY, TSC, PC, IA and SC showed that 37 rubber tree species A, B and C3 were clustered into three groups, and three models with high discriminative power were established. Among them, 10 rubber trees in category A were high yield of dry gum, high yield of latex, high invertase activity and high C-lactalbumin Content type, great value for further breeding. 【Conclusion】 The yield of rubber tree is closely related to the activity of invertase. Ten excellent germplasm materials with high yield potential were also screened.
