目的研究医疗机构口腔综合治疗台水路分离细菌的耐药性,探索监控措施。方法采用纸片扩散法,对从口腔综合治疗台水路中分离的细菌进行药物敏感性试验。结果口腔综合治疗台水路中检出的革兰阴性菌对头孢类、妥布霉素和氯霉素等抗菌药物耐药率超过50%,对环丙沙星和左氧氟沙星全部敏感;革兰阳性球菌对苯唑西林耐药率超过50%,对万古霉素耐药率为34.78%。在45株细菌中检出29株多重耐药菌株,占64.44%。检出3株耐甲氧西林表皮葡萄球菌。结论口腔综合治疗台水路细菌耐药性严重,应加强水路污染控制,提示口腔科加强细菌耐药性监测。
Objective To study the drug resistance of bacteria isolated from the oral cavity of Tai-Shui Road in medical institutions and explore the monitoring measures. Methods The paper diffusion method was used to test the drug susceptibility of bacteria isolated from the waterway of oral integrated therapy. Results Gram-negative bacteria detected in waterway of oral integrated therapy were over 50% resistant to cefp, tobramycin and chloramphenicol and all were sensitive to ciprofloxacin and levofloxacin. Gram-positive cocci The resistance rate to oxacillin was over 50% and the resistance rate to vancomycin was 34.78%. Among 45 strains of bacteria, 29 strains with multi-drug resistance were detected, accounting for 64.44%. Three strains of methicillin-resistant Staphylococcus epidermidis were detected. Conclusion The comprehensive oral treatment of waterway bacteria resistance is serious, water pollution control should be strengthened, suggesting that the Department of Stomatology to strengthen bacterial resistance monitoring.
