作者探索了用聚丙烯酰胺凝胶电泳和聚丙烯酰胺等电聚焦电泳分析苜蓿酯酶同功酶和过氧化物酶同功酶的方法,确立了苜蓿种子幼芽酯酶同功酶和过氧化物酶同功酶的基本谱型。结果表明,聚丙烯酰胺过氧化物酶同功酶分析法适于苜蓿种子幼芽材料的分析,尤以等电聚焦电泳法最为灵敏,在苜蓿品种鉴定上有一定潜力。结果还表明甘肃各地方品种间及与陕北苜蓿间的亲缘关系十分密切,与新疆大叶苜蓿关系较远,与加拿大润布勒苜蓿亲缘关系最远。苜蓿的抗寒、抗旱性,等生态学特性与过氧化物酶同功酶和酯酶同功酶的酶带活性正相关,而与酶带的数量无关。

The ecological characteristics of alfalfa such as cold resistance and drought tolerance were positively correlated with the activities of peroxidase and esterase isozymes, but not with the quantity of enzyme bands.
