森吉米尔轧机是一整体铸钢件,它中间有梅花状的通孔,用以安装工作辊,各列中间辊以及最外层支撑辊。外层支撑辊是以多支点梁的形式支撑在机架上,因此,作用在工作辊上的轧制力呈放射性地分散到各支撑辊上,最后传到机架上(见图1)。总的轧制压力分散地被机架所承受。加上这种轧机本身刚度大,据1981年8月20日在1号轧机实测,轧机综合刚度系数(包括辊系)M=741吨/毫米。使轧机可以承受较大负荷。
Sendzimir mill is a unitary cast steel with a plum-shaped through hole in the middle for mounting the work rolls, the middle rows of rollers, and the outermost backing rollers. The outer support roll is supported on the frame in the form of multiple fulcrum beams so that the rolling forces acting on the work roll are scattered radially to the support rolls and eventually to the frame (see Figure 1). The total rolling pressure is distributed by the rack. In addition, the rigidity of this kind of rolling mill itself is very large. According to the actual measurement of No. 1 mill on August 20, 1981, the rolling mill comprehensive rigidity coefficient (including the roller system) is M = 741 tons / mm. So that the mill can withstand greater load.
