目的:分析孕期营养状况对妊娠结局的临床影响。方法:将我院收治的90例孕产妇分为对照组与观察组,对前组进行健康教育和常规产前检查,后组定期产检,分析妊娠期间营养、饮食状况,制定出适合孕产妇的个性化营养指导方案。比较两组孕产妇并发症发生率和阴道分娩率。结果:观察组孕产妇并发症发生率低于对照组,阴道分娩率高于对照组。结论:根据孕产妇的个体情况,有针对性地制定健全、健康的营养膳食方案,可明显降低孕产妇并发症发生率,保证母体及胎儿的健康安全,具有临床推广价值。
Objective: To analyze the clinical effect of pregnancy status on pregnancy outcome. Methods: Ninety pregnant women admitted to our hospital were divided into control group and observation group. The former group received health education and routine prenatal examination. The latter group received regular antenatal examination. The nutrition and diet during pregnancy were analyzed, and the suitable maternal Personalized nutrition guidance program. The incidence of maternal complications and vaginal delivery were compared between the two groups. Results: The incidence of maternal complications in the observation group was lower than that in the control group, and the vaginal delivery rate was higher than that in the control group. Conclusion: According to the individual condition of pregnant women and mothers, it is necessary to formulate a sound and healthy diet plan which can significantly reduce the incidence of maternal complications and ensure the health and safety of maternal and fetus.
