吸烟与肺癌的关系已受到广泛重视。终身不吸烟患肺癌者大约占肺癌总数的2~5%,对这部分病人的研究资料相对较少。为此,作者对5年间诊断的不吸烟肺癌患者作回顾性分析。1981~1985年在950000人中发现肺癌患者3070例(0.32%),其中不吸烟者99例(3.2%),因故剔除25例,实际分析74例。74例中59例(80%)
The relationship between smoking and lung cancer has received widespread attention. Lifelong non-smoking patients account for about 2% to 5% of the total number of lung cancers, and relatively few research data are available for this group of patients. To this end, the authors retrospectively analyzed non-smoking lung cancer patients diagnosed during the past five years. From 1981 to 1985, 3,070 cases (0.32%) of lung cancer patients were found in 950,000 people, among which 99 cases (3.2%) were non-smokers, 25 cases were excluded for some reasons, and 74 cases were actually analyzed.
