十多年来,上海的建设取得了举世瞩目的成就,它凝聚着数百万外来务工者的心血和汗水。工会作为职工的群众组织,理应成为他们的“家”,依法实现对他们的关爱、维权、保障,让他们和上海的劳动者共同迈向小康社会。一、用真情造就交通建设的新工人本公司是一家专业从事交通设施工程的非公有企业,随着上海交通现代化建设全面开展,企业的工程量不断扩张,几年来均年招录40名左右进城务工者进公司。如何使他们适应大都市日趋现代化的节奏,融入朝气蓬勃的城市速度和企业的发展中,企业领导和工会认识到提高他们的整体技能、文化、职业、道德素质是企业整体竞争力提升的关键。
