艺术管理是一项需要充分发挥多种主、客观因素的综合性活动,这项活动中的主观因素——艺术管理者,扮演着重要的角色。艺术管理者的自我觉醒,取决于对传统艺术管理模式和观念的沉淀、反思与改进。本文拟从这一综合价值链出发,通过对艺术价值、社会价值和市场价值等方面进行不同层次的渗透,探索在有组织的前提下艺术管理者的自我觉醒模式,以及如何通过这一模式实现艺术、社会、市场价值的最大化并与专业管理者的培养、培训等结合在一起。并最终指出,艺术管理者的自我觉醒,需要在综合价值、效益的最大化基础上,将艺术作品、艺术活动与管理行为等核心价值融入到整个社会文化的发展之中。
Art management is a comprehensive activity that needs to give full play to many kinds of main and objective factors. The subjective factor in this activity, art manager, plays an important role. The self-awakening of art managers depends on the precipitation, reflection and improvement of traditional art management modes and concepts. Based on this integrated value chain, this article attempts to explore the mode of self-awakening of art managers under the precondition of organization and how to realize this mode by infiltrating different levels of artistic value, social value and market value Art, society, maximize the value of the market and professional management training, training and so on together. Finally, it points out that the self-awakening of art managers needs to integrate the core values of works of art, art activities and management behaviors into the development of the entire society and culture on the basis of maximizing the overall value and benefits.
