目的 为肿瘤化疗患者建立良好的静脉通道,保证药物准确输入,避免化疗药物产生的局部不良反应及患者的痛苦. 方法 对112例肿瘤化疗患者采用PICC置管输入化疗药物.结果 PICC置管化疗全过程顺利进行,静脉炎发生2例,感染3例,未有渗漏损伤的发生.结论 大剂量化疗施行PICC置管,能很好地保护血管,有效防止静脉炎的发生,减少患者痛苦;正确选择血管是穿刺成功的关键, 严格无菌操作及脉冲式封管是预防感染和导管阻塞的保证.
