目的 探讨乳腺癌组织中gelsolin分子表达与癌组织浸润转移的关系 ,以及其与C erbB 2、PCNA之间的相关性。方法 运用免疫组织化学二步法 (Envision法 )对 4 2例福尔马林固定石蜡包埋的乳腺癌组织进行回顾性研究 ,并且选择 15例乳腺纤维腺瘤患者作为对照。结果 Gelsolin、C erbB 2和PCNA在乳腺癌组织中表达阳性率分别为 2 8.6 %、5 9.5 %和 4 7.6 % ,与乳腺纤维腺瘤组相比 ,差异具显著性 (P <0 .0 0 1或P <0 .0 1)。Gelsolin、C erbB 2和PCNA与淋巴结转移有关 (P <0 .0 5、P <0 .0 0 1和P <0 .0 1) ;gelsolin在乳腺癌的表达减少 ,而C erbB 2和PCNA表达明显增加 ,两者间差异具有显著性 (P <0 .0 5 )。结论 细胞恶变后 ,胞浆中的gelsolin分子表达明显减少 ,因此可根据其表达程度为乳腺癌的诊断、治疗及指导预后提供可靠依据。
Objective To investigate the relationship between the expression of gelsolin and the infiltration and metastasis of breast cancer in breast cancer and its relationship with C erbB 2 and PCNA. Methods Forty-two cases of formalin-fixed paraffin-embedded breast cancer tissues were retrospectively studied by immunohistochemical two-step method (Envision method). Fifteen patients with breast fibroadenoma were selected as controls. Results The positive expression rates of Gelsolin, C erbB 2 and PCNA in breast cancer tissues were 22.6%, 9.5% and 4.76%, respectively, which were significantly higher than those in fibroadenoma group (P <0.05) 1 or P <0 .0 1). Gelsolin, C erbB 2 and PCNA were correlated with lymph node metastasis (P <0.05, P <0.01 and P <0.01), while the expression of gelsolin in breast cancer was decreased, while the expression of C erbB 2 and PCNA Significantly increased, the difference between the two groups was significant (P <0.05). Conclusion After the cell malignant transformation, the expression of gelsolin in the cytoplasm obviously decreases, so it can provide a reliable basis for the diagnosis, treatment and prognosis of breast cancer according to its expression level.
