通过专家访谈法、问卷调查法等方法对甘肃省普通高校篮球教练员队伍的现状进行研究分析,结果表明:甘肃省普通高校篮球教练员整体年龄结构、职称结构比较合理,但高学历比例偏低;他们有着丰富的教学实践经验,但缺乏大赛临场指挥经验;教练员还缺乏定期的专业培训、考核制度等。因此,要改善教练员学历结构及提高大赛临场指挥水平,建议采用引进的手段,聘请高水平专业队教练员兼职任教,实现教练员队伍的优势互补;加强对普通高校篮球队教练员队伍的院校培训、岗位实践、考核和自学,提高普通高校篮球队的科学化训练水平;培养智力型与经验型相结合的高水平篮球教练员。
The result shows that the overall age structure and professional title structure of college basketball coaches in Gansu Province are reasonable, but the proportion of highly educated ones is relatively low They have a wealth of practical teaching experience, but the lack of competition in command at the scene; coaches also lack regular professional training, assessment system. Therefore, in order to improve the academic structure of coaches and improve the on-the-spot command level of the competitions, it is suggested that the introduction of a high-level professional team co-hired to hire coaches to achieve the complementarity of the strengths of coaches; strengthen the coaching staff of the college basketball team School training, post practice, assessment and self-study to improve the scientific training of college basketball teams; training intelligence and experience-based combination of high-level basketball coaches.
