目的:分析大黄-黄连不同配伍比例合煎时大黄中蒽醌类成分的溶出变化。方法:水煎液经盐酸加热水解、三氯甲烷萃取等方法处理后,用RP-HPLC分析大黄单煎和配伍合煎液中5个蒽醌成分的溶出。结果:黄连-大黄5个配伍比例(1∶2~2∶1之间)中芦荟大黄素、大黄素、大黄酚、大黄素甲醚等4个蒽醌类成分有不同程度溶出增加,大黄酸有较大幅度的溶出降低。结论:在特定配伍比例范围内,配伍黄连对大黄中主要蒽醌成分有助溶作用。
OBJECTIVE: To analyze the dissolution of anthraquinones in rhubarb when rhubarb and coptis chinensis were decocted in different combinations. Methods: After the decoction was heated and hydrolyzed by hydrochloric acid and extracted with chloroform, the dissolution of five anthraquinones in rhubarb single decoction and compatibility decoction was analyzed by RP-HPLC. Results: Four anthraquinones such as aloe-emodin, emodin, chrysophanol and physcion had a different degree of dissolution in five compatibility groups (1: 2 to 2: 1) A more substantial decrease in dissolution. Conclusion: The compatibility of Coptis chinensis has a solubilization effect on the major anthraquinones in rhubarb.
