本文介绍了作者研制的光离子化检测器(PID)气相色谱仪的结构,原理和特性,并与国外同类仪器以及火焰离子化检测器(FID)气相色谱仪进行了技术数据对比。本仪器的检出限为0.42pg苯,灵敏度为0.48A/g,分别为FID的1/100和48倍。作者还给出了工业环境中硫化氢、苯、有机硫的实际分析测试结果。
This paper introduces the structure, principle and characteristics of the photoionization detector (PID) developed by the author. The technical data of the instrument is compared with that of the foreign similar instrument and the flame ionization detector (FID) gas chromatograph. The detection limit of this instrument is 0.42pg benzene, the sensitivity is 0.48A / g, which is 1/100 and 48 times of FID respectively. The author also gives the actual analysis and test results of hydrogen sulfide, benzene and organic sulfur in industrial environment.
