一、前言苯三唑(1,2,3-benzotriazole,BTA)属有机杂环化合物。在防蚀领域中是一种防止铜及铜合金变色或腐蚀的有效缓蚀剂。开始时仅用它作接触型缓蚀剂。后来亦用作气相缓蚀剂,我国在59年开始进行探索,67年进行较系统的研究和试验。三十年来国外对于BTA及其衍生物的缓蚀机理和应用进行了大量的研究,有关的论文、调查资料和专利也很多,可以作为我们的借鉴。
First, the preface Benzotriazole (1,2,3-benzotriazole, BTA) is an organic heterocyclic compounds. In the area of corrosion protection is an effective corrosion inhibitor to prevent discoloration or corrosion of copper and copper alloys. Only use it as a contact inhibitor in the beginning. Later, it was also used as vapor corrosion inhibitor. Our country started to explore in 59 years and carried out more systematic research and experiments in 67 years. Thirty years abroad have made a great deal of research on the corrosion inhibition mechanism and application of BTA and its derivatives. The related papers, survey materials and patents are also numerous and can be taken as our reference.
