刚刚闭幕的全国工业和信息化工作会议明确提出.2015年的工作重点之一是“要以智能制造为主攻方向,实现两个IT(Industry Technology&Information Technology)融合和倍增发展;要以工业互联网和自主可控的软硬件产品为重要支撑,加快生产型制造向服务型制造转变;要以推广应用标准体系为主要抓手促进企业在产品和服务全生命周期,生产管理全过程应用信息技术;要以健全触合机制为重要保障,推动制定特殊的融合政策。”突出提出“两个IT”的触合和倍增发展,是借鉴德国工业4.0战略等国际经验,把握世界经济发展潮流,适应我国经济发展新常态,把信息化与工业化融合工作进一步推
